CSULB: Simply Autumn
Software/Skills: Garment Pattern Making, Garment Construction, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

Mock magazine page for the Fall/Winter collection called "Simply Autumn". I designed and constructed the line's jacket and skirt to create a business casual outfit suitable for mild California winters. The warm outfit can be dressed up or down, allowing the wearer to attend events of varying formalities without a need to switch outfits.

The construction of the jacket begins with creating a mockup out of muslin and marking areas for adjustment to tailor the fit to the wearer. The final garment was then cut and stitched together, while ensuring plaid lines matched at the seams.

The construction of the skirt involved first making a paper pattern, making adjustments using the pinned paper pattern, and then cutting and stitching the fabric and notions.

The overall magazine page involved a photoshoot with a model, editing the photo and creating the layout in Adobe Photoshop.
